How it works...

Step 1

Using the Our Services page, decide which service best fits your need. If you need immediate help, you will go to the 'Need help' page. Once there you can either click on the 'Live Help' chat link or you can call (770) 380-3499 to get a support ticket number.

Step 2

Once you have your ticket number, the technician will instruct you to click on one our instant support connection links.

Step 3

Once you click on the link and run the 'connection' application, the technician will be able to view your desktop screen remotely and will be able to troubleshoot your issue.
