Help is on the way...To chat with an Online Tech: In the navigation bar on the left, just under 'Contact Us' is a 'Live Help' box. Even if it says 'Live Help Offline', a technician might be online, so please go ahead and click the box. The offline status may simply be caused by a firewall setting on your computer.
If you do not receive a response in 5 minutes, please call (770) 380-3499.
Once you get a valid ticket number from a technician, please click on the link below specified by the tech. This will intialize the remote support session.

Click here to Initiate Remote Support Session to Technician #2 If you are using Internet Explorer, once you click on the link, you will get a 'Save or Run' dialogue.
Please click on 'Run..'
Also, you may get a warning that says '...publisher could not be verified...' If this occurs, please click 'Run..' again.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you will need to download the SC.EXE file. Once downloaded, either click 'Open' in the Firefox download box, or double-click the SC.EXE file on the desktop.
Once the support session is over, feel free to delete the SC.EXE file. |
