Services and Rates
One of the many advantages to our services is that most issues are resolved much quicker than that of an onsite repair. With that being the case the old 'one or two hour minimum' just doesn't apply. We've broken down our billable sessions into 1/2 hour increments. Each billable 1/2 hour increment = 1 unit.
With our 1/2 hour increments, it makes it much more affordable for the customer to call us for those 'minor issues' that only take 20-30 minutes to resolve (which could cost $150 or more if you consider hourly minimums and trip charges of onsite visits). If you utilized our service, that same issue would only cost $45 (even less with pre-paid).

Pre-Paid Support Package

25 units - $1000 (Save $125 @ $40 p/u)
50 units - $1750 (Save $500 @ $35 p/u) 100 units - $3000 (Save $1500 @ $30 p/u) These units are intended for 9am-6pm EST, however 10% of your units can be used for after-hours support.

Preventative Maintenance
